The Woof curatorial team is comprised of three current international Columbia College Chicago students, Yuxin Du, Ziyang Li and Zihuan Ma. The curators are transfer students from Beijing International Studies University. “Through a Dog’s Eyes” brings together their collective Columbia education and experience and demonstrates the strength of their commitment to the arts, to the Wabash Arts Corridor, to Columbia College, to Chicago and to the many furry friends we have met as residents of the South Loop.

The exhibition, conceived by Zihuan was created in the Business and Entrepreneurship Curatorial Management Practicum course. Ziyang and Yuxin joined Zihuan and they created the curatorial team. Since spring 2018, they have worked together to prepare the call for artists and have developed the marketing proposal. Responsibilities are based on their strengths and experience. Yuxin Du is mainly responsible for market planning and graphic design. Ziyang Li is in charge of fundraising. Zihuan Ma is the lead coordinator for the group. Zihuan is responsible for all project management.
